The Freshly Caught Tuna action item will be sent to the winners' closets AFTER the event has ended.
In the case that two or more users in the top 20 Summer Fishing Rankings have the same number of fish, the user that got the number of fish first will be ranked higher.
Example:
User 1: 1000 fish at 10:00 am on June 9 1st Place
User 2: 1000 fish at 10:30 am on June 9 2nd Place
