About The Lobby

In the lobby, you can select which lobby to play in, create rooms, and join games. You will find some functions that you may be familiar with as well, such as chatting and sending Friend Requests. See below for more information on Lobby functions.

Choosing a Game or a Lobby

  1. Lobby Name (Current Location): The Lobby you have currently selected is displayed.
  2. Change Lobby: Change the Lobby you are in.
  3. Ranking: View the game rankings.
  4. How to Play: Opens the "How to Play" page.
  5. Exit: Exit the lobby and close the window.

The maximum capacity of each lobby is 100 people, and you will not be able to enter a lobby that is full.

About Rooms


  1. Quick Play: Automatically enter a room that is recruiting players.
  2. Create Room: Create a new room.

Creating a Room

  1. Room Name: Select a room name from the list or create your own.
  2. Password: Set a password for the room so that only specific players can play.
  3. Show Bomb: Select whether or not to show which player has the Bomb Card.
  4. Medal Bet: Set the bet medal amount for the game. (1-10)
  5. Create Room: After completing the settings, click to create a room.
  6. Cancel: Quit and return to the lobby.

About Rooms

  1. Room Name: Name of the room
  2. Players in the Room: The names and pictures of players already in the room are shown.
  3. Empty: An empty seat is available if the Empty icon is displayed.
  4. Bet Amount: The medals required to join the game.
  5. Room Status: The current status of each room. You can enter rooms that are "Waiting"
  6. Join: Join a room when "Join" is displayed. You can't enter a room if "Full" is displayed.

Entering Rooms

  1. Join: Click to enter the room.
  2. Full: The room is full, and a game is already in progress.
  3. Locked: The room is locked with a password. The password window will be shown after pressing the button.
  1. Password Field: The field for entering the password. Click within the field and enter the password directly.
  2. Join: After entering the password, press the Join button to confirm. If the password entered is correct, you will enter the room.
  3. Cancel: Cancel and close the window.

The Player List

  1. List of Players in the Lobby:
    This is a list of the players who are in the lobby but have not entered a room. By clicking on a player's name, you can open his/her profile window.

Displayed next to players that are on your Rival List.
Displayed next to players that are on your Friend List.

About Chat

  1. Select User: By choosing the name of a player in the lobby, you can engage in one-on-one chat.
  2. Chat Log: Chat messages are shown here.
  3. Chat Entry Field: Type what you want to say here.
  4. Chat Button: After typing what you want to say, click this button to actually say it. You can also press the enter key.
  5. Scoll Bar: Use to check chat history.
  6. Font color: By selecting a font color, you can change the font color of your words in chat.

One-on-one Chat

By clicking on the name of a player in chat, you can chat one-on-one with the selected player.

  1. Select a User
    Click on a Nickname in the list.
  2. User Name Displayed
    The nickname you clicked on will be shown. You can now chat one-on-one. Chat content is also shown to players on your Rival List and players on your Friend List in TinierMe.

Player Information

  1. Nickname: Your Nickname.
  2. Rank points: Your current rank points in Old Maid.
  3. SELFY: Your SELFY is shown here.
  4. Medals: The total number of medals you currently own.
  5. Emotions: Use these to communicate with other players. (Emotions cannot be used in the lobby.)
  6. Profile: Open your profile in a different window.
  7. Sound: Open the volume control window.
  8. Friends: Open your Friend List
  9. Rivals: Open your Rival List

Friend List

Your Friends List shows the Nicknames of users who you have added as friends within TinierMe.
When you add a friend, an invitation is sent to the friend, and when he or she accepts, the friend is added. To delete friends, go to My Page in TinierMe.

  1. Rival List: Displays a list of your rivals.
  2. Close: Close your Friend List.

Rival List

Use your Rival List when there is a player you want to beat in a Old Maid, or a player who catches your attention. You can add players as rivals without sending an invitation to the player. You can also remove users from your Rival List without their permission.

  1. Rival Nicknames: The Nicknames of users you have added as rivals are listed here.
  2. Comment List: The comment you entered when adding the rival is displayed here.
  3. Delete: Delete the selected player from your Rival List.
  4. Friend List: Display your Friend List.
  5. Close: Close your Rival List.

The Profile Window

  1. Nickname: The player's nickname.
  2. Today's record: The player's record for today.
  3. Total record: The player's overal record.
  4. Rank points: The player's rank points.
  5. Ranking: The player's current overall ranking.
  6. Status: The user's luck, cooperativeness, endurance, speed and secret parameter
  7. Add as Friend: Send a Friend Request to the player whose profile you are currently viewing.
  8. Add as Rival: Add the player whose profile you are currently viewing to your Rival List.
  9. View Profile: View the user's detailed TinierMe profile.
  10. Browse Items: View the items the user has equipped.
  11. Close: Close the profile window.
