- How to Play
1. Dealing the deck
-
-
When the game has started, the cards are dealt to all the players
2. Pairs are automatically discarded
-
-
After the cards have been distributed to all the players, all pairs in each player's hand are automatically discarded.
3. Starting the game - Picking a card from another player
-
-
When it is the turn of the user directly to your left, he or she will take one card from your hand. The finger icon shows you which card the player is considering taking. After taking a card and a pair is made in the left user's hand, the pair is automatically discarded on the table.
*If a player doesn't select a card within a certain amount of time, one will be selected automatically.
4. Taking a card from the player to your right
-
-
When it's your turn, take a card from the hand of the user directly to your right. The cards you select from will be shown above your own hand. Take the card by selecting the card that has the finger icon over it.
*If you don't select a card within a certain amount of time, one will be selected automatically and be added to your hand.
5. The Bomb Card (Old Maid)
-
-
A bomb icon is displayed next to the user who has the Bomb Card. If another user selects the Bomb Card, the bomb icon will move to the user who is holding that card.
*You can select whether to show or hide the bomb icon when creating the room (Show Bomb).
6. Victory!
-
-
Users finish their hand when they no longer have any cards left. The first player to finish is the winner, the second takes 2nd place, and the third 3rd place. The user left with the Bomb Card loses.
About game medals
-
All players must have game medals to play Old Maid.
Game medals are available for members of TinierMe only, and first-timers for the Flash VS games are automatically given 100 medals to start with.
Betting medals
-
All players must bet a specified amout of medals required to play a game, and the medals are then distributed accordingly after the game. Players can bet 1 medal, the minimum bet amount, to 10 medals, the maximum bet amount.
I've run out of medals!
-
When you have 0 (no more) medals to play with, Kokoro will give you 10 extra medals so that you can continue playing. Kokoro will only give you extra medals a certain number of times a day, so use your medals wisely!
Exchanging your medals
-
The medals you've saved can be exchanged at the Item Exchange Center for items not available at shops or Gacha. The medals required to exchange varies from item to item, and once exchanged, the medals are subtracted from total medal balance.
About Rank Points
-
Rank Points are added and subtracted by winning and losing matches, respectively. Rank Points determine your placement in the Old Maid Rankings.
Everyone's Rank Points are reset back to 1500 at the beginning of every month.
