I cannot click on the "Login" button.

Your browser may require Java to be enabled. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by any changes you make to your browser settings according to the following suggestions.

1) On the browser’s "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".

2) In the "Internet Options" dialog box select the "Security" tab.

3) Click on the "Custom Level" button.

4) Under the "Scripting" category in the "Security Settings" dialog box, enable "Scripting of Java applets and Active Scripting".

5) Click on the "OK" button and close the dialog box.

6) In the "Internet Options" dialog box click on "Apply" and "OK".

7) Close and restart the browser. Log in again and confirm whether you can click the button now. If this does not resolve the problem, try again by clicking on the "Default Level" button at 3) instead.

I cannot log in to TinierMe. / I can log in but the page does not display correctly.

The following steps may resolve your problem.

Editing the Internet Privacy settings

(Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by any changes you make to your browser settings according to the following suggestions.)

1) Click on the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer. Select "Internet Options".

2) In the "Internet Options" dialog box, select the "Privacy" tab. Manually slide the bar to "Medium" or lower.

If this does not solve your problem, please try the following steps.

How to clear the cache (Internet Explorer 6)

1) Click on the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer. Select "Internet Options".

2) In the "Internet Options" dialog box, select the "General" tab. In the "Temporary Internet Files" window, click on the "Delete Files" button.

3) Check the "Delete All Offline Contents" box and click on the "OK" button.

4) The browser will start clearing the cache and the cursor will turn into an hourglass.

5) When the cache is all cleared and the cursor turns into an arrow again, click on the "OK" button in the "Internet Options" dialog box.

When I log in with more than one ID from one computer, the page does not display correctly. What should I do?

As the browser windows share the same cache, the TinierMe website may not function properly if you log in with more than one ID from one computer. It is not recommended to log in with more than one ID from one computer. If the problem occurs even when using only one ID, please try clearing the cache and log in again.
