I have not received my account activation email.

There are cases when it may take some time for the activation email to arrive, depending on how busy the server is and the email delivery route. If you have not received your account activation email within 24 hours of registration, please check:

- Whether your mail box capacity is full;

Whether the activation email is in your spam folder.

Please also check that you have provided the correct email address when signing up.

I clicked on the URL in the account activation email but a window did not open.

If the URL in the email contains a line break, the page will not display correctly. Please copy and paste the URL in the email into Wordpad or any other text editor, and then copy and paste it into the address bar of the browser.

I forgot my password.

If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot your Password?" under the ID/Password boxes. Fill in the request form and submit.

I want to change my nickname.

We regret to inform that you cannot change your nickname once you have registered. To change your nickname you must delete your current account and create another account. Please be warned that you cannot carry over your SELFY outfits or G-Coins from the current account to the new account.

I want to change my profile information.

Your profile information can be modified from the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page shown after logging in to TinierMe.

How to edit your profile information:

1) Log in to TinierMe and click on "Settings" on the top right corner of the page.

2) Click on the "Profile" tab on the "Registered Details" screen.

3) Edit your profile information.

After entering my ID and password I get the message "Login Failed". / I cannot enter my ID and password.

Please confirm once more that you provided the right ID and password in the correct case.

(TinierMe IDs and passwords are case sensitive. To type capital letters, hold down the Shift key as you type.)

Please make sure you are not mixing up similar-looking characters, such as 0 and o, and 1 and l.

I want to change my email address. Where can I do that?

Your email address can be modified from the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page shown after logging in to TinierMe.

How to change your email address:

1) Log in to TinierMe and click on the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page.

2) Click on the "Email" tab on the "Registered Details" screen.

3) Delete your current email address in the email address field and enter the new email address in both the email address and confirmation fields.

4) After entering the new email address, click on the "Change Email Address" button at the bottom of the "Settings" page.

5) After clicking on the button, another window will appear and you will be asked "Are you sure you want to save the change?". Click on "Save Change". You will receive a message to the new email address containing a URL. Your email address will be changed by accessing the URL in the message.

I want to change my password.

Your password can be modified from the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page shown after logging in to TinierMe.

How to edit your password:

1) Log in to TinierMe and click on the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page.

2) Click on the "Password" tab on the "Registered Details" screen.

3) Enter your current password and new password. Click on the "Change Password" button.

How can I unsubscribe from the TinierMe newsletters?

The TinierMe newsletter can be unsubscribed from the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page shown after logging in to TinierMe.

How to unsuscribe from the TinierMe newsletters:

1) Log in to TinierMe and click on the "Settings" link located on the top right corner of the page.

2) Click on the "Details" tab on the "Registered Details" screen.

3) In the "Newsletter Subscription" field, click on the "No" radio button. Click on the Save button.

How can I close my TinierMe account?

Once you have closed your TinierMe account, your registered personal information will be deleted. (This may take some time and we appreciate your understanding) The deleted user ID, password, and nickname will not be available anymore after the closing of that account. If you wish to sign up with TinierMe again you would need to create a different user ID, password and nickname.

Note: The same email address may be used in the instance that you rejoin. Please make sure you log in before closing your account.

You can close your TinierMe account from the "Close TinierMe Account"page.

What will happen to my Chibi Coins if I close my account? Can they be refunded or reimbursed?

When an account is closed, all Chibi Coins or any other balance of virtual currency left in your account in TinierMe will be completely deleted. Any costs associated with it will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances according to our Term of Use.

What will happen to the online Groups I am a member of if I close my account?

After closing your TinierMe account and the necessary procedures to withdraw your membership have been completed, you will be regarded as having "left the group". In the case that you are the creator of the group, the group will be dissolved shortly after the closing procedures have been fully completed. Group members will be notified of the dissolution via Mini-Mail and a notice of the dissolution will be displayed on the main page of the group. Forum threads and comments made by you will not be deleted, but your nickname will be shown as "Ex-member".

What will happen to the games I have been playing if I close my account?

If you close your TinierMe account, you will no longer be able to play any games hosted on TinierMe.

What will happen to my Friend List if I close my account?

If you close your TinierMe account, your Friend List will be deleted. You will also be deleted from your friends' Friend Lists as well.

What will happen to my SELFY outfits, furniture and game points I purchased if I close my account?

If you close your TinierMe account, your SELFY outfits, furniture and game points you purchased will all be deleted. Please be aware that they cannot be transferred to a different TinierMe ID.

What will happen to the rankings I'm ranked in if I close my account?

Your place, nickname, and scores from the rankings will not be deleted after you close your TinierMe account.

What will happen to my Profile and Diary if I close my account?

If you close your TinierMe account, your Profile and Diary will be deleted. Your comments on the Diaries of other users will not be deleted, but your nickname will be displayed as "Account Closed".

What will happen to my Mini-Mail messages if I close my account?

If you close your TinierMe account, your Mini-Mail messages will all be deleted. The messages you have sent to other users will be displayed as "Account Closed," but they will not be able to read the message content.
