『TinerMe』is a website providing online games through the Internet. In the games players can use Selfy avatars to enjoy the world of TinierMe
Even though it is a game world, please always remember that you are interacting with real people.
To make sure all users can enjoy playing games please act politely and consider other players.
In order to ensure that all users can enjoy TinerMe this page explains the etiquette and rules users must follow in our games and the administration team’s actions against any breaches.
Please read the following etiquette and rules carefully before you start using TinerMe.
To ensure that all users can enjoy playing in the TinerMe world, please remember:
・Do not use offensive language or behave disrespectfully towards others
・Always remember to greet people and show gratitude when others are nice to you.
・Be kind to new players and support them by answering their questions.
・Avoid creating user names that may offend others or be misconstrued.
・Do not force other players to adopt your views or to do what you personally want them to do.
These are the rules to help you avoid problems which may arise in Selfy town.
In TinerMe the following antisocial behaviours are prohibited and anyone who breaches any of these rules risks having action taken against their account by the administration team.
Avoid taking any action that may be interpreted as
making others feel uncomfortable.
・Harassing other players;
・Writing or posting anything that may offend public order or be construed as morally offensive in a chat or a forum;
・Stalking a person or a group;
・Cheating;
・Hacking;
・Fraudulent altering or deleting of game programmes and/or game data;
・Using fraudulent game programmes or game data;
・Quarrelling or instigating quarrels;
・Encouraging or responding to trolls;
・Libelling or defaming other players or any other third party;
・Disclosing your own or other people’s personal information;
・Impersonating other players or the administration staff of TinerMe;
・Engaging in activities that may violate any laws or regulations;
・Engaging in activities that violate Terms of Use;
・Violating the Terms of Use in any other way;
Note)The activities above are examples.
Please be aware that activities which could be deemed inappropriate are not limited to these specific examples. Action will be taken in any cases of potentially inappropriate activity if the administration team deems it necessary.
In principle, the administration team shall not intervene in personal disputes between individual players.
Players are politely asked to settle disputes by mutual consultation as amicably as possible.

We shall not intervene in disputes, quarrels or discussions between players.

・Harassment
If the administration team concludes that a user is harassing another user over a period of time by causing nuisance to, stalking, defaming him/her,
the administration team will deem it
as an intolerable behavior that breaches the game etiquette and may take action against the perpetrator.
If you suffer from harassment from another user, please write down the accurate nickname of the perpetrator, the date and time of the incident,the nature of the harassment and email them to the administration team.
When harassment is reported the administration team will initiate an investigation. If the administration team deems the case malicious, the perpetrator will receive a warning. If the perpetrator continues the harassment after the warning, the administration team will suspend the perpetrator’s login ID.
*Please understand in advance
that we will not notify the details of actions taken against perpetrators.
Please do not disclose your login ID and password to anyone, including your family, friends or any other third party. Please keep your password safe and do not write or imply anything that may be used to guess your password regardless of whether you are in or out of the games.
To avoid any trouble, please do not use your ID or easily guessable words as your password.
Eg.) Date of birth or “1111”
If you are currently using such a password, we strongly recommend you to alter the password from “Change your registered information” in “Profile”.
TinerMe strictly prohibits the use of any external tools that affect the operation and/or performance of games as it violates“Article 14: Prohibited Uses Section 3 (16) 窶骭 3 (20)” of Terms of Use.
Even without using external tools, it is also forbidden to repeat an action automatically by resorting to any tools or measures and anyone who breaches this rule risks being subjected to penalties including having their login ID terminally removed by the administration team.
To avoid unnecessary damage, we politely ask all users not to use, distribute or publish any external tools or anything similar.
If the administration team deems a user’s action malicious, even if the action does not fall within the specific examples above,, the user will receive a warning. If the user continues the action even after the warning, the user’s login ID will be suspended.
