Welcome! This is a guide to help you get started in the world of TinierMe! If you're new to TinierMe and have no idea what to do, you've come to the right place!
Introducing SELFY TOWN

SELFY TOWN is a flash based virtual world where users can use their SELFY avatar to interact and chat with each other! Open SELFY TOWN by following these steps!
- Make sure you are logged in to TinierMe.
- From the main page, click on the "SELFY TOWN" button located at the top right.
- Wait for the pop-up window to load.
*Please make sure that you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer.

When you log in to SELFY TOWN, you should see the same window as shown on the right. The SELFY TOWN menu functions are as follows.
- Town Map
Open a map of the other areas in SELFY TOWN. - My Room
Go straight to your personal room. - Text Box
Type in text to chat with other users. - Display Settings
Change the flash display settings. - Ring Button
Exchange rings with other users. - Chat Log
Chat history. - Room Key
Protect your room with a password. - Show/Hide Menu
Show/hide the menus on the bottom and right - Emotion Buttons
Quickly use buttons to express yourself!
Click on an area to move your SELFY on screen. You can also explore and move to different areas in town by just using the Town Map! Click on "Town Map" and select a square to teleport directly to that area.

Interact with other users!

See other SELFY users online? Your SELFY avatar can easily chat and show unique emotions! Try greeting another user that you may see online!
- Enter text in the text box.
- Hit the enter bar on your keyboard.
See? You can easily chat with other users!
To further express your SELFY, use the special emotion buttons located on the right of the screen menu!
Press the heart button and see what happens!

Next, try clicking on a user's avatar!
A rotating menu will appear!- Whisper
Whisper messages to them in private (the text will appear in red). - Mini-Mail
Send a mini mail to the user. - Profile
Check out their profile page. - Check Outfit
View their outfit items. - Add Friend
Add the user as your friend.
As you can see, there are many ways to interact with the user!

Requesting Friends

If there is a user you find interesting and want to befriend, send a friend request to the user!
- Click on the user's avatar to activate the rotating menu.
- Click on "Add Friend" to send a friend request!
If they accept your request, they will be placed in your Friend List right away!
You can find and send a Friend Request to another user even if you're not in SELFY TOWN!
- From the main page, click on "Community".
- Click on the drop down menu near the top of the page and select "Friends" instead of "Groups".
- Type in your friends Nickname in the search bar.
- Click the "Search" button.
- Click on their profile picture or Nickname.
- Click on the "Add As Friend" button at the top of their profile page.
Make lots of friends in TinierMe and have more fun!
