1. I'm new, and I don't know what to do. Please help me?

2. What browsers does TinierMe for Facebook support?

TinierMe for Facebook supports Internet Explorer 6.0+ and Firefox 3.0+ only. Some functions may not work properly when you access the application using any other browser. If you are using a different browser (ex. Chrome, Opera, Safari etc.) and experience a problem, please try again with Internet Explorer or Firefox before submitting and enquiry.

3. What operating systems is TinierMe for Facebook compatible with?

TinierMe for Facebook is compatible with Windows 2000 and XP. While we can't guarantee that it will function properly with any other OS, it usually works well with Vista and Windows 7 as well. If you are using Macintosh or Linux etc., we are very sorry but we can't provide support.

4. How can I buy G-Coins?

To buy G-Coins, just click the green buy G-Coins button in the top right corner of the application. To use Paypal or Rixty, click the payment method, select an amount, and click Purchase. To use a Credit Card or earn G-Coins by completing the sponsored offers and tasks, click the Offers/Others tab near the top of the page. We also hope to introduce more payment methods in the near future so please keep checking back!

5. Where are the games and gachas?

By playing Gacha, you can get exciting new items for your Selfy avatar to wear. To see a list of all available Gacha, click the white Gacha button near the top center of the application. To see a list of all the exciting games available and start playing, click the white Games button near the top center of the application.

6. What is my user ID and password at www.tinierme.com?

If you joined TinierMe via our Facebook, you do not have a User ID or password. Please log in via Facebook or by clicking F Connect.

7. What do you have planned for the future?

We are sorry but our support staff can't share our future plans with individuals. Information that can be announced will be posted on the offical TinierMe for Facebook page. To access this page and get the latest news, after opening the application just click “Love TinierMe?” in the top right corner!

8. I have a great idea for the application! Can I tell you about it?

We love to hear your ideas! Please feel free to send in any comments or suggestions you might have using the form below.

9. How can I report someone?

If you see someone breaking our Terms of Service, please report them using the form below. (Note that we do not intervene in disputes between users unless the case is deemed serious. Please try to resolve personal issues between yourselves.)
